Cancellation Policy

Making a purchase with The Wardrobe by Abha indicates that you have understood, acknowledged & adhere to agree to the terms & conditions and policies of our website.

 

You can cancel your order by mailing us at orders.thewardrobebyabha@gmail.com within 4hrs of placing the order. Orders can be cancelled only once. 

 

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days to the original mode of payment.

 

Orders will not be cancelled once they are shipped.

In case of any delays in orders, the orders cannot be cancelled unless the order is delayed for 70 days. If the order is delayed for more than 70 days from the date of placing the order, the complete amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment, unless delays occur due to circumstances mentioned under ‘Unavoidable Circumstances’ and ‘Force Majuere’ mentioned under Shipping and Delivery Policy.

We try hard to fulfil all orders , however, sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, the order may get cancelled from our side. In such situations, you will receive a complete refund will be done to the original mode of payment.
