What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time varies from city to city. Typically, it takes 7 to 9 days for Clothing and 10 to 15 days for Accessories to be delivered in all the Metros & Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities. Tier 3 cities may take 9 to 12 days for Clothing and 15 to 18 days for Accessories. Some cities in the North East & Jammu & Kashmir may take longer. Express Shipping may be available in some categories depending on availability. 

The deliveries are estimates in business days.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order it will be under processing until shipped from our end. Tracking will be shared with you via text or/and mail once your order is ready to  dispatch.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We currently only accept returns/exchange in case the product/clothing is damaged or defective. Customers are requested to record an opening video to raise a return/exchange request.

within 2 days of receiving the product.

How do I know if my order is confirmed and what is the delivery time?

You will get a confirmation mail from orders.thewardrobebyabha@gmail.com within 24hrs with your order confirmation.

The processing time for all orders is generally 24-48 hrs.

The shipping time is as per the shipping mode chosen at checkout.

The total time for delivery is shipping plus processing time.

I got a mail saying my order is cancelled will my money be refunded?

We try hard to fulfil all orders , however, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, the order may get cancelled. In such situations, you will receive a complete refund to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

I have made a payment but did not receive a confirmation mail, what do I do?

Incase you do not receive a confirmation from us within 24 hrs, send a mail to orders.thewardrobebyabha@gmail.com with the subject as your Order ID and screenshot of your Payment.

Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

You can modify the shipping address of your order before it ships by mailing us at orders.thewardrobebyabha@gmail.com with your order number.

What are the available modes of payment?

You will be redirect to RazorPay payment gateway where you can make payments through UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, NEFT, Wallets and more online payment options.

Currently we do not support Cash on Delivery or any other Offline Payment Modes.
