The Wardrobe by Abha reserves copyrights over all the content posted by us. A copyright complaint will be filed on on infringement of the copyrights done in any way and will be settled legally.

Use of our copyrighted work without the permission  is a punishable offence and amounts to copyright infringement. Infringement occurs when a person intentionally or unintentionally copies/uses copyrighted content not belonging to the person/entity concerned .

The Copyright Act, 1957, provides for criminal action against copyright infringement with punishment for imprisonment for not less than 6 months and up to 3 years, or fine of at least Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 2 lakhs.
