Return and Exchange Policy

Making a purchase with The Wardrobe by Abha indicates that you have understood, acknowledged & adhere to agree to the terms & conditions and policies of our website.

We currently only accept returns/exchange in case the product is damaged or defective or In case of Sizing Issues*. For returns/exchange request in case of damage/defect, customers are requested to record an opening video.

 

*Issues where an incorrect size is sent, ie, the measurements are different from the measurement mentioned in the Size Guide for that size, or, for custom orders, where the measurements are drastically different from what is provided by the customer are addressed here and henceforth as 'Sizing Issues'.

All return/exchange requests should be mailed to contact.thewardrobebyabha@gmail.com 

within 2 days of receiving the product. Once your request is accepted to be reviewed, you will receive a mail with return address details. In case of return/exchange request due to defects/damages opening video is mandatory.

 

After receiving the product & reviewing the request, a fresh piece/ refund will be sent. An exchange/return request for a damaged/ wrong product without the opening video will not be taken into consideration.

Return & Exchange - Sizing Issues

​

Although the sizes are strictly according to the Size Guide , we do understand that all bodies are different and beautiful and there can be many variables to standard sizing. Not all 'M's are the same, just like not all 'XL's are the same, etc.  We also highly recommend to select 'Custom Size' wherever applicable.

In case of issue with Sizing, requests should be mailed to contact.thewardrobebyabha@gmail.com 

within 2 days of receiving the product. Once your request is accepted to be reviewed, you will receive a mail with return address details.

 

Return/Exchange Method & Cost:

​

  • Please note that the goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned. Any returned item that is not received by The Wardrobe by Abha will be treated as not returned.

  • Return/Exchange request needs to be raised under 48 hours of delivery post which returns/exchange won't be processed.

  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in its original packaging are eligible for return/exchange.

  • Damage refers to make up stains, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, washing powder , self inflict while trying on the product and odours on the garment will lead to rejection of the return/exchange.  

  • Your request will be reviewed by the team and you will be notified via email or text for the approval and rejection of your return/exchange request along with the address for return (in case of approved returns ).

  • Reverse delivery and return/exchange(to and fro) delivery charges therein are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once received, the products will undergo a quality check (in case of request raised due to damage/defect) or size check( in case request raised due to sizing issue ).

  • If approved, following course of action is taken based on the reason of return/exchange:

  • ​

  • Returns due to sizing: The full amount after deducting the original delivery charge will be sent as a Gift Card.

  • Returns due to defects/damages: The full amount after deducting the original delivery charge will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

  • ​

  • Exchange due to sizing: The same product in the size mentioned by the customer over mail will be sent to the customer subject to availability. In case the product/size is no longer available, The full amount after deducting the original delivery charge will be sent as a Gift Card.

  • ​

    Exchange due to defects/damages: The same product in the same size will be sent to the customer subject to availability. In case the product/size is no longer available, the full amount after deducting the original delivery charge will be refunded to original mode of payment.

  • ​

  • In any case , if the team finds out the product to be faulty after reaching the warehouse , the team will reject the request and same item will be reshipped to the client on their expense.

  • Shipping charges are non - refundable in any case . 

  • Only the amount paid for the order will be refunded. Any kind of promotional discounts will not be refunded.

The Wardrobe by Abha has all rights to reject return/exchange requests if any of the required conditions is not met or any other conditions deemed to be important for returns and not mentioned here but The Wardrobe by Abha finds suitable are not met.​

             

 Please note the below reasons are NOT considered faulty:

 

  • Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, and etc.

  • Self-inflicted damage to the product while trying on item

  • Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference.
