Shipping and Delivery Policy

We, at The Wardrobe by Abha, understand the importance of delivering your products in the finest condition and on time. Therefore, we have partnered with some of the most reputed courier partners in this country to seamlessly deliver your products in the best possible duration.

 

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.

 

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the expected delivery date of your order.

Please note, for products marked as 'Pre-Order', the shipping time is approximately 5-6 weeks from the date the order is placed.

 

The delivery date will be updated and communicated with the shipping  and tracking details over mail by orders.thewardrobebyabha@gmail.com once the item is dispatched.

 

The delivery time varies from city to city. Typically, it takes 7 to 9 days for Clothing and 10 to 15 days for Accessories to be delivered in all the Metros & Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities. Tier 3 cities may take 9 to 12 days for Clothing and 15 to 18 days for Accessories. Some cities in the North East & Jammu & Kashmir may take longer. Express Shipping may be available in some categories depending on availability. The delivery estimates are in business days.

Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.

The processing time for all orders is generally 24-48 hrs.

The shipping time is as per the shipping mode chosen at checkout.

The total time for delivery is shipping plus processing time.

Modification Of Shipping Address

Unavoidable Delays

 

Your order may take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.

 

Cancellations by The Wardrobe by Abha

 

We try hard to fulfil all orders , however, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, the order may get cancelled. In such situations, you will receive a complete refund to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

 

Force Majuere

 

The Wardrobe by Abha shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts.
